(Can I have all my telephone jacks in the house configured for this service?)
It
is not recommended that you plug your ATA device into your existing home telecom
wiring. Some people have done this, after disconnecting the phone company from
their house from the outside box. This is not recommended by the manufacturer
of our ATA and any damage caused by this type of installation will not be covered
by warranty. We suggest that you seek advice from an electrician or someone
who is familiar with internal telephone wiring on how to best connect it to
your current wiring to take advantage of multiple extensions. Be advised that
any damage resulting from practices contrary to manufacturer's recommendations
for the ATA device will not be covered by warranty.
