Network Monitoring
TLS.NET has developed an exciting, helpful, and easy-to-use system for IT management professionals in order to monitor network devices, bandwidth, and environment variables company-wide.
The following are just a few of the options available with TLS.NET Network Monitoring.
- Bandwidth at all ports
- Syslog data from entire switching infrastructure
- Jitter and latency
- System availability
- Remote management of switching infrastructure
- TLS.NET 24/7/365 Virtual Server monitoring
Imagine looking at a geographical map of your company's locations and knowing, at a glance, that all network devices are functioning. Each location on the map is marked with a local, system-status indicator that is updated in real-time. Your own technicians are alerted via text message if a specific device should go down. Simultaneously, a "down" status alert appears on screen including time, device and location information. Once a technician responds to the message, the system is updated. The alert changes to a "responding" status that updates to include the name of the responding tech. When the device is active again, the alert is removed from the system automatically.
